We work closely with organisations to design and deliver programmes tailored to their teams’ needs, combining workshops, coaching, and reflective practices to embed lasting change.
Our approach is flexible, allowing for intensive short programmes or longer-term engagement to reinforce learning and track impact.
1. Discovery & Needs Assessment
Understand your team and organisational objectives.
Identify culture, behaviour, and skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and discussions.
Collaboratively determine the focus areas and workshop topics that will have the most impact.
2. Bespoke Programme Design
Create a tailored package of workshops chosen by the client, based on team needs.
Options include:
Intensive 2–3 day workshops for rapid immersion.
Extended programmes (3–6 months) for revisiting concepts, embedding learning, and evidence of behavioural change.
Optional addition of coaching, either 1:1 or group, for individuals or teams who would benefit from additional support or development.
